Bio of David Lee

 

Family: Spouse: Karen Erickson. Children: Amy (25), Erica (22), Jared (20), Tara (16) and Rachel (14). I have five great kids.  Amy is married and has her own web-based bookstore. Erica is a second year nursing student at So. Nevada Community College and was just married last summer.  Jared is a sophomore on football scholarship at Nebraska. Tara is a Junior in High school and 1st chair violinist with Colorado Springs Youth Symphony. Rachael is a High school freshman and has achieved in academics and music.

 

Church: I've served as in elder’s quorum president, ward clerk, stake missionary, bishopric counselor, stake mission president and scout leadership.

 

Education: I earned a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, putting myself through on athletic scholarships (football and wrestling).

 

Work: I'm an engineer with the government.  I've worked primarily on military projects for laboratories in California, Nevada, and now Colorado.  I'm currently involved with planning the next generation Global Positioning Satellites.

 

Hobbies: Mountain biking, camping, and swimming.  Passionate sports fan.
