Memories: The people were very friendly and very happy - although most of them had few things or the world.  They would give you things that they had, even if it was the only things.  They were great. I loved the song - CA Royal Army. The Zone Olympics were a lot of fun and created a lot of memories. I still do not eat much rice - too much on while serving in the mission. I enjoy meals - especially breakfasts - without beans and rice. Enjoyed the trips to Rio Lindo, Copan, Banana plantations in La Lima, etc... Memories of the revolution in Nicaragua - being held hostage, having buses burned and blown up, hard getting mail, etc... The fresh fruits were great.  The box of bananas each week in La Lima, Honduras.

The Lord blessed me with the best mission, and with the greatest people on earth - both as companions and as those we served.  I learned so much that has helped me throughout my life. I can remember well Presidents Eager and Muren – and what an influence they have been in my life.
