Bio of Galen Darrough

Hello hermanos! My family is living in Greeley, Colorado, where I am Director of Choral Activities at the University of Northern Colorado, and have been so for 13 years. I taught public schools in southern CA for 8 years, trudged off to get a doctorate, and then took a big pay cut to teach in the college ranks! Like all things, it has highs and lows, but it remains my chosen profession, and there's never a day that I don't like to go to work. Patty and I (25 years this past December) have two kids, Rachel/18 and attending UNC and Chris/14, wrestling in his middle school at a bruising 90 lbs. We're also moving into another house (who needs a reasonable mortgage, anyway?) and our address after March 31 will be:

We hope to go to the reunion, and want all my former companions to forgive me for being either too pious (like when I was with Phil Wing) or too liberal (like when I was with Steve Christensen).  President Eagar is still the biggest man I've ever known, and always will be. Once while I was with him in the Intercontinental Hotel in Managua, he cried while sharing a story about how his Dad had to discipline him as a young boy on a ranch in Arizona. His father was probably tough as a boot as well. We extend our love to you all.
