Bio of Greg Iverson
Family: I'm
married for 21 years now (Spouse: Vickie) and have a 13-year-old girl and an 8-year-old
boy who was a twin, we lost his twin brother when he was a week old. That was
very difficult. My wife teaches high school psychology at Hillcrest High.
Church: I'm active now, though I haven't always been. I'm a High Priest and a Sunday School teacher. The Lord has blessed us and continues to shepherd me along.
Occupation: Telecommunications / Sales
Management. I've worked virtually all
of the countries in Latin America and Europe for the past several years. I've
had the chance to go back to Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, and Honduras on
several occasions. I enjoyed the international travels and I'm looking for the
right opportunity to get back into it.
The last few years have been interesting. While working as
President of a phone company in Mexico City in 2002, I was kidnapped for four
days. It was terrible.
I had a brain tumor in 97 that worked out well after the
surgery.
