Bio of Martin Hill

Family: Married Ann Malone. Eight children: Wendy 25, Nicole 23, Joey 22, David 20, Cody 19, Cherie 16, Ashley 15, Vicki 13. We are happy.

Church: I am a clerk in a small branch in Trona CA (in the desert between Bakersfield and Death Valley). I am also a Sunday school teacher and elders Quorum secretary. I have taught seminary here also.

Education: I am a certified millwright and blue-collar worker at a Chemical Plant. My present position is as a Reliability Tech.

Work: I analyze vibration readings taken on the mechanical rotating equipment in the IMC Chemical Company Plant. Kind of like a doctor taking a human’s vitals only I do it with machinery to tell the health of the equipment.

Hobbies: I like studying the scriptures and rowing a stationary indoor rowing machine. I also like bicycling to and from work.

Community: Our small community here has clean up campaigns that my family and I participate in. We have also helped with the community pool and youth activities. My wife volunteers at the school as a coach for girl’s sports.
