Will any of my companions be there?

We have invited all missionaries who served under President Eagar or President Muren to join us.  We hope you will find many of your companions and members of your LTM / MTC group there.  You can check the list online of those who have already RSVP'd: http://3tcm.dock.net/CostaRicaMissionAlumni.htm

Will President Muren be there?

Yes, President Muren confirmed early this year that he and Gladys will be there.  We have invited him to speak and look forward to hearing from him.

Will President Eagar be there?

Yes.  Although President Eagar is not in great health, he has said that he intends to be there.  We hope to hear from him as well.  We have already videorecorded a wonderful interview with President Eagar.  We will show parts of it at the reunion and it will be a part of the Video / DVD we are making available in connection with this reunion.

Are RSVPs required?

Yes and no.  We need to get a count of how many intend to participate in the dinner.  However, if you do not intend to eat with us, you may show up at the door for the meeting at 7:30.

How do I RSVP?

Send an email to Tim Malone (Tim@3tcm.net) if you have not already RSVP'd.  Let us know how many will be attending.  You can check your RSVP status online at: http://3tcm.dock.net/CostaRicaMissionAlumni.htm

Will there be food?

Yes.  The menu will be delicious and will include authentic Central American fare.  We are appreciative to Shauna Peck Hooper who is making the arrangements for the dinner.

Is there a cost?

Yes.  There is a cost for the dinner of $15 per person.  We believe you will be pleased and find it enjoyable.  There is no cost of you just want to attend the meeting.  Don't let the cost prevent you from joining us.

Where do I send money?

Send your checks to Brent Romney, 5003 Victor St. Dallas, TX 75214.  Email: bromney@uici.net.

Is there a deadline?

Yes.  The deadline for RSVP'ing is Saturday, September 27th.  It is preferred that you pay in advance.  We need to get a final count and the money to the caterer a week before the reunion.

Can I pay at the door?

Yes. We would prefer that you pay for the dinner in advance, but as long as you have RSVP'ed, you may pay at the door.  Please come to the reunion even if you don't plan to have dinner with us.  We look forward to seeing you there.
